Hello I'm Ros, I'm happily married & in my 60's. I'm 5' 2"' & need to lose about 24 lbs. Weight loss is difficult when you're older! I've always had a problem with weight but have managed to keep it under control MOST of the time. Most dramatic weight loss was from nearly 200lbs to 105lbs & I still thought I was fat!!! - until I saw my holiday photos & I was stick thin & looked unwell. Things changed after that & I maintained my weight at around 126lbs which was right. All went downhill after I retired so I am back to dieting again. It's all about a change in habits folks. This website helps in making you aware of what you are really eating. It puts you back in control. Once you are in control it's easy . Stick with the calorie counting & keep an eye on your protein as you get older & all should be fine
