I am a 60 yr. old woman, who needs to lose 30 pounds, at least. writing my meals down will help I am sure. I also belong to another weight loss group, but have no time to attend meeting. this site was recommended by a nurse friend, today, who has been very successful. I hope to have that same level of success.....

    You can definitely do this! I personally feel that being mindful of what we're eating, and how much we're eating, is the best way to lose weight. It's really opened my eyes!
