Since you are doing a lot of cardio, you could try to implement some kind of interval training to that. That really helps to lose body fat.

That's soooo true! You can not spot-reduce. What you can do is losing fat in general (keeping in mind that the fat you hate the most will be the last to leave!) and exercise (because there is nothing as spot-reducing, but there sure is spot-toning!). I wish you luck and perseverance! :flowerforyou:
