OMG!!! Me too! I gained- my ponch and bubble butt- and only since I had quit smoking and hit about 28yrs old (I am now 30). Great question and would also like to know others advice :)

I would have to say make your own chicken stock instead of using the chicken bouillon. And, maybe a low sodium soy sauce.

Hmmm, what about lettuce wraps, with chicken, julienned carrots, sprouts, celery, peppers. Anything you want really. Have the kids choose/make their own. Getting them involved in it is more than half the fun! Let them help wash the veggies, set the bowls on the table, etc. Hope this is a little help. Good Luck!

I have had a bad 2 days as well, that makes it 3x altogether this week alone!! I am trying to just get outside and get some fresh air, keep on moving. that makes me feel better. You are doing great,. A little bump in the road is just a bump. Hop over it and back to the 'new exciting life'!! We're all here for ya :)
