Plan your meals out for the day before you eat anything. That way when you get ready to snack (or just feel like eating something) you can see that you already have a meal/snack planned and you just need to wait.

LAne Bryant is the BEST for swimsuit for the busty. I'm a 44DDD and my takini top from LB looks freakin awesome on me. I got my swim short bottoms from fashion bug. It was cheaper and I don't need as much support in my booty.

Maybe I'm not shooting high enough I'm 250 now, and I think I would be pretty foxy at 200. But it seems like I should be going lower. I've never been "skinny" or "small", so I don't even know what that would look like on me. hmmm...something to ponder
