I do the same. I try to have more of a low carb/naturally gluten free lifestyle. I have a soy, slight dairy allergy along with diverticulitis so no nuts, seeds etc. so it makes eating hard. Yes! I was a huge Diet Dr Pepper, Diet Mt Dew and Coke Zero drinker. A few liters a day! When I cut out soda completely I lost a lot. Then when I cut out all sugars and splenda I lost even more.

Try KT Tape. It's amazing! I use it on my feet and any other body part that is hurting.

For myself, I lose more weight by weight lifting. I have an amazing trainer and I learned and do a lot by using YouTube videos. Popsugar has an app that has a lot of great workout videos. Before my trainer I also used to rent workout dvds. I don't think you can have too much walking. You just need to not do the same old…

I agree with the coaches. If anyone says they are a beach body coach I run because they will stock you! Also don't eat back your exercise calories. I have the same problem. I've found that stretching helps, my foit is always wrapped in KT Tape. I also always wear birkenstock shoes. I rarely have issues now. I'll try anything before I have surgery.

I use Dot Tera's Slim & Sassy for appetite, lavender for calming it also works for panic attacks. I put lavender on a cotton ball in my air vent in my car. Pepperment I use for an upset tumny. Other flavors I use to flavor my drinks and for baking.
