I have done CHX twice , and love it!!! I have just started Les Mills Body Pump which I am enjoying...but miss CHX so much so I sneak it in here and there :)

I work out only at home doing dvd's like Chalean Extreme, Cathe Muscle Max, Bob Harper, if the weather is good I also walk and bike.
