Double up on your chicken servings....lots of protein with not many calories.. Pure Protein Bars are awesome and not that expensive... Cottage Cheese is low in calories and high in protein...

I have a group I meet 6 days a week at the gym to do P90x and now Insanity! Accountability is everything for me! If you know they are going to be there and you don't show! it gets you out of bed!!! Get a workout partner!!

do you have a george foreman? If so...spray the foreman with butter and then spray asparagus with pam...and grill on there for about 4-5 minutes! or to your liking.... if not...put in oven like on 450? with tsp of olive oil and or pam....
