no my dr did not give me those diets she gave me a hand out of a cardiac diet that is nothing like those. i was just looking for the papoer and couldnt find it so i was looking online and these didnt seem right. i found the one she gave me and its sooo much better!

im still at 233. my goal was 226 . i think im going to change it to 230. since we have like 3 weeks to go! i would rather have it come of slowly........ and also i guess this pepsi infront of me is not helping, i have an appt on tuesday for a aweight loss chat with my dr. idk how im going to go because i have all the kids…

mine is a no cell phone policy on the machines.

well my curves is doing a zumba curict workout. you do 1 minute of dancing 1 minute on the machine no breaks or recovery boards.

i just did a 30 minute plus 15 minute stretch at curves. im not hungry but i ate a little so i wasnt starving later. and end up over eating

ok so im kinda upset i decided to eye ball a serving of fruit loops this am. and theni ate it then i went back and measured what i had eye balled ( went and pour another bowl and then measured) IM SHOCKED that it was 3 CUPS!!!!!!! thats crazy!!! and iwasnt even full. im very upset and i thought i was ready to eyeball food…

when are you weighing? right after you wake up before you eat but after you release bodily fluids? thats the best time, this way your body is empty of excess fluids wastes and food and drinks that havent been processed in your body and have had time to burn off yah know! you can do this! i have a water bottle full of ice…

im the only one in my home of 7 im the heaviest my dh and kids are all skinny minnies.......... there is dh and then 4 boys and 1 baby girl. and she is even skinny not baby/ toddler chubby! i know how you feel im only down 5 lbs...........
