Booze! Then gum! I chew a piece each gym session and have only given in once (I'm on day 10) when I wasn't really thinking. But gum has been a habit in the gym for me for over 5 years! That one has been tougher than tough!

I lift 3-4 days a week and run 2-3 days a week. I also try and do a boot camp style circuit 1-3 times a week.
