So here is my typical day: 6:30- wake up, have coffee 7:00- get baby up, dressed and fed 7:30- go for a morning walk/jog 8:30- make hubby breakfast, pack his lunch, etc .... What are your squat and bench goals?
So I'm curious to see how other people set their goals for two of the most popular lifts. Currently, my personal goal is to squat my bodyweight (then add on from there) and bench half my bodyweight (and go from there).
