Strawberry Fluff

Totally stole this from Oxygen Magazine, been dying to try it out and finally did this afternoon!
3/4 c to 1 cup of frozen unsweetened strawberries (100 g)
1/2 c of milk (I used 1%)
1 scoop of protein powder (I used vanilla)
Blend it all in a blender, then pour ino a big bowl. Use an immersion blender (or electric whisk) to mix it until super fluffy. It took me about 3 mins but Ixygen says 2-5 mins.
I stuck it in the freezer for about 5 minutes to get super cold, because I love super cold stuff! Then grab a spoon, dive in and enjoy!
I'm sure you can do all types of variations of this, I am thinking chocolate will be like an amazing moouse (sp?!?)

Not a fan of protein powder, but I've read how you can use dry skim milk in place of it in recipes. The result of it sounds yummy!!0
