Hi! I have a 17 month old and a 10 week old. I've got 6 lbs to pre pregnancy weight but want to lose another 19. I've just started working out in the morning before work! I just hate getting up early lol.

Hey! I've been doing pole too for about 2 months! I love it!!! I use MapMyRun and it auto transfers to MFP. It actually has pole listed!! I think MFP lists it as dancing, general.

I started pole dance/ fitness classes 2 months ago and I LOVE them! It's so much fun!

I was 125 when I graduated 7 years ago and in good shape because of martial arts. I'm now at 148 and not in shape, trying to get down to 132 and back in shape. I miss my high school body lol.

I have 4 tattoos, one is huge...it's a back of the shoulder to side to front of the hip piece, but all my tattoos mean something to me and express my personality. I didn't just walk into a tattoo shop and pick something random.

You can actually use MapMyRun to time it and it will give you a guestimate of how many calories you burn. It's listed under Intimacy. Don't worry when it syncs to MFP it just shows up as general aerobics lol.
