Last month it came a week early. This time...I'm like 2 weeks late! Not pregnant, got the back aches and occasional cramps....no AF yet! Plus on my scale my water % keeps going up as if I'm bloated, ugh! I'm ready for her to get here and get gone

Ditto to previous. Liquor is burned before fat, so while you have it in your system you will not be burning fat. I have a shot of vodka here and there and have been fine myself. Everybody is different

Mfp has me at 1790 to lose a pound a week. When I work out I try to eat back at least half of them....but I'm not having much luck at losing weight. Mash together two avocados, add two sweet n low packets, and a 1/4 cup of cocoa powder....make an awesome chocolate dipping sauce. Awesome with strawberries :)

I would watch your sodium intake eating MCDs, I always get super bloated after eating fast food due to salt.

I do Zumba twice a week....so that's usually 100 mins a week :) usually burn around 550 for 50mins according to zumbacalories.com

Zumba classes I go to is $1.....check out local churches. And that's a donation...if you don't have it they don't make you leave
