I was told to measure the waist at the belly button. Not sure if that's right but that is how my personal trainer did it and said to do it in the future...

I absolutely LOVE those Kellogg's Special K multigrain crackers and Apple Cinnamon rice cakes. I also love snacking on raw fruits and veggies.

Don't let yourself get discouraged. When you exercise, you gain muscle, and that weighs more than fat. I would take some measurments and go by that and not the scale.

Muscle does weigh more than fat, so that may be why you've slowed down. Shonasteele may be right too about not eating enough. If you eat too little your body goes into starvation mode and holds on for dear life to every fat cell you have.
