I love chocolate too. In fact, everytime I fall off the wagon and start gaining again it's because of candy. Ugh. The best alternate I have found is to have a chocolatey protein bar (Zone Chocolate Peanut Butter are my favorite).

I can't say they help me lose weight, but it's nice getting acknowledgements for weight loss and hard workouts. Plus knowing that I have friends who can view my diary each night and can see my calorie burns, helps me to make wiser choices.

I was 21 and had just graduated from college and was moving across the country so I got one for the drive. I'm 34 now.

I'm 5'5" and my goal is 125. In 2007 I had gotten down to 135 and thought for my frame that I could easily lose another 10. So depending on your frame size you may or may not look too skinny. I'd say start for say 140 or so and then go from there once you get there.

Yes, someone who weighs less will 'show' a weight loss with less weight to lose. I'm in the US so I'm not very familiar with the stone weight of measurement, but for me I know that typically people don't notice I've lost anything until I've lost 20-30 pounds. THIS!!!! I'm living with my in-laws and they are such know-it-alls that I get told that to lose I need to fully cut carbs and soda. But I'm not and I'll lose regardless. Plus, I'd personally rather lose with exercising because that helps your whole body stay healthy too.
