I'm from Lancs, i've lost my weight, so just need to maintain now, nice to meet you all :~)

Be prepared to sit down a lot, worked in call centres for years, I found that I hated having conversations on the phone once home, good luck, im sure you will enjoy it:~)

Ive done slimming world years ago and found it expensive to eat that way. For me calorie counting, low fat and exercise has worked, I would never look at any other diet plan now. Good luck c
