Seborrheic Dermatitis

Anyone else dealing with this? Every winter mine flares up--the itching, scaling--all over my face and head.
What do you do to treat yours?
I'm just about willing to try anything at this point.

The ketoconazole cream my doctor gave me doesn't do anything but make it worse.

  • I'd go back the Dr and tell him/her its making things worse, good luck :~~

I have it on my scalp. The dermatologist prescribed a steroid foam that I use twice a week, which keeps it mostly under control. I also found some 2% zinc pyrithione shampoo, I think on Amazon, that seems to help some. (Head & Shoulders, and one version of Selsun Blue, are 1% zinc pyrithione, but they never did much for me.)
