  • It sounds like you're active but when I was trying to lose weight I erred on the side of caution and put myself as less active than I actually was. I would set it at moderately active and give that a try for a couple of weeks and readjust if necessary. Best of luck to you!

  • I have been maintaining on MFP since July 2011. I moved over her from Weight Watchers after I reached my goal and I love it! I have an open diary and I love to eat and exercise.
