No HRM, How do I calculate calories burned?

I currently can't afford to purchase a HRM. When I go to the gym I use the readings off of the machines and feel very comfortable with the accuracy since it allows me to input my age and weight in prior to starting and I normally try to hold on to the HRM handles during the entire workout, however I would like to try doing some of my tabo videos that I have at home on my days off from the gym but I am not sure how to figure out calories burned. Any suggestions?

Have you tried searching the database for "Taebo?" If it's in the database you can enter in the amount of time and it will estimate it for you. Or if it's not in the database you could maybe log it as aerobics?
