I love my polar FT4! It's really motivational too....I usually set a calorie goal and keep working at it until I reach it. It makes it a lot more motivating to see how many calories you are actually burning.

Hey! I am starting today also! Let's push each other through it! I just finished day 1. I had done the fit test a few days ago...decided to just continue even though it was not consecutive. It is really hard but felt so good to finish workout 1. =)
