I chose the weight I remember liking the way I looked in the past prior to the gain. Once I reach it, I will still re-evaluate at that time to see what my new goal would be.

IMO if you want to build muscle, lift more/heavy and do a bit less cardio. Have a rest day after intense lifting days and make sure ur eating enough. As for feeling fatigue, that could depend on your food. Ur profile and diary are closed so can’t say much there.

Not a bad idea, mixing with FF greek yogurt might give it the same consistence as 'normal' cottage cheese. Then honey on top. Will give this a try. Might still salvage it :))

What's wrong with the foods you listed they are all good, I would moderate butter & cream but no cut it out completely. No one said healthy food has to taste like cardboard with a glass of water to swallow it.

“Clean eating” is pretty much cutting out processed food, start cooking from scratch & lots of veggies and fruits in my book. Edited to add: there is a group for "Eating Clean" that has lots of info. Take a look.

For your 1st question, yes once you open you diary it will show all entries not just from the day you opened. Mine is open to public I believe, it keeps me accountable but mostly I don’t mind others taking a peek. Positive / negative comments will be taken with the grain of salt. I guess I would not suggest having it open…
