Eat more, and I know it's difficult to up your calories. I just went from 1300 a day to 1600 for the same reasons. Just gotta adjust to what works for you.

Lovely wording

I add them to my "food notes" just to help myself keep track of which were taken each day! But I don't track them in the calorie section.

I hear ya! You could either go for a walk/bike ride and burn a few extra ;) OR I like weight watchers products.. They have yummy little cakes/pastries/cookies for low in calories

Love it! I make green tea lattes... Heated non-fat milk (or light vanilla soy) 1 packet sweetener 1 tsp match powder (I got mine at the heath food store) Yummo and cheap!

Cucumber water. Add a slice of lemon if you like.

I've lost weight in the past. In 2008 I weight 210lbs. In a year I lost about 70 pounds. Now the last 20 is where I'm stuck.. It's been 2 years of me trying to lose weight with no luck. And now I find it hard to stay motivated when nothing is helping...

You look great! Unfortunately I have no advice for the belly issue. I'm also about 17 pounds from my GW and have had belly issues this entire journey :/

My exercise routine is very minimal - and I have a hard time finding motivation to work out more. But I'm sure that would speed up my metabolism and help quite a bit.... :/

Just say you're trying to find what works for you. Everyone has something that works for them better than other things. And like the post before.. Just go on!

What kind of things were you eating?? I'm thinking a lot of lean protein and vegetables.. I really just need SOMETHING to jump start my weight loss.

I graduated HS at 210. I lost 30 in a year strictly from just walking to class the first year of school. Then I lost another 40 between my freshman and sophmore year. After maintaining a 70 pound loss for 2 years, I started slacking and gained 15 back. I'm now on a mission to lose that extra 15 + another 10 to my life…
