You're supposed to NET 1200 (at leeeaaaast) not, eat 1200 and net 600. So If you burn 500 calories that day you need to eat at least 1700 calories.

The problem is that when I'm doing intervals - and they're *not* too difficult for me because I'm only alternating 30 seconds of running and 90 seconds of walking - I'm usually above my "zone" and therefore I don't think it's telling me how many…

How healthfully have you been eating? I think it's normal to get that bloated feeling (and feel hungry) when you're not eating very well - empty calories and all that. Think of Chinese food... totally makes you bloated but then you'll feel like eating again in 30 minutes. Aside from that, if you've been eating great then…

There's also the possibility that you're down close to your goal weight. The closer you get the more strict you'll have to be to reach it. :) Or so I've been told lol.
