Question about being "in zone" on my HRM
Does a HRM tell you you're not burning as many calories when you're higher than your target zone? It tells me I burn more when I'm walking (staying in zone) rather then when I'm alternating walking and jogging (going back and forth between in zone and above the zone.) How to track fresh juice?
We just got a juicer and I'm loving it - it's a great way to get extra fruit and veggies in my diet (and my toddler's diet). But how do you track it? It would be different from whole fruit, and waaaay different than store-bought juice.

Filling, low cal, nutrient rich foods?
I need suggestions please! When it gets to "that time" of the month I just get HUNGRY! So I'm like constantly eating, and as much as I try to stick to healthy foods, I still go over on calories, sodium, etc.

The first three weeks I lost 6 lbs, but the last two weeks I've been stuck! Am I not eating enough calories? Too many? I am breastfeeding, so I eat more than the minimum.
