Has not done very well at all this week gained 2lbs. I know I have tracked very well at all and i've eaten out way to much, little miss complacent. :sad:0

Hiya Jen, oh, I like your challenge ticker, since I put on the lbs this week, I have set up a little Christmas Challenge too at work and on a ticker on the web.
I want to lose 26lbs before christmas and that would take me down to 220lbs, I have a checklist on my wall so for each lbs I will tick it off! Oh, I love lists and find it very satisfying to tick stuff off, so I'm using this tactic to motivate!
This weekend is going to be tough I'm off camping again, so not good food choices are there to tempt and drinks too, I'm really going to crack on gorging on it because its there! On the postive side I will be doing lots of walk, my aim is not to put on anything sts, I know I've got to buck my ideas up, its in my hands!

Not sure Lesley, how did you get on? After the 2lbs gained last week and camping at the weekend (didn't go completely overboard) I have been working hard at the gym and back on my soup. Looking to get a good number this week to redeem myself!0
