purposely NOT workout on days they know they don't want to eat much? This thought just occurred me and it made me giggle. I already have to eat an extra 300 calories a day from breastfeeding. So that plus exercise equals around 2000 calories! I never realized that I was probably eating LESS calories than I should be. It feels weird to make sure you eat enough, instead of not too much. Does that make sense?
