BE Patient with yourself. you did not gain it overnight , why do you think you can lose it overnight. Slow and steady weight loss from a new healthier lifestyle is the only tried and true way to lose the weight and keep it off.

there may be other reasons for the weight gain. are you heading for the TOM? Have you been eating high Salt foods?

overestimating your exercise and underestimating your calories eaten is the most common problem. So try to do the opposite.

First off fast weight loss is not good. you will sacrifice muscle mass if you lose too quick. Second 1.5 g of pro per lb is very high if all you are doing is cardio. to saute use extra virgin olive oil. to fry use cannola oil. both are high in mono unsaterated fats. EVO should not be used for high heat because it denatures and becomes more saturated.

two things can be hindering you weight loss. #1 underestimating your calories consumed. #2 overestimating your activity. Try for the next week to do the oposite and be sure to get your water in. Let us know how that turns out. Good luck.

the sugar in fruit is balanced out by all the nutrients the fruit has to offer. Just stay under your calories and eat the fruit.

water intoxication also known as hyponatremia (low salt in blood) can and does kill every year. I know I am a critical care RN. How much is too much is a variable that goes with weight / height or BMI. Also how fast you drink it and if you drink it all at once also effects it. The 8 glasses recommended here is not enough…
