when I was in nursing school at clinicals a friend say me hurring up and down the halls trying to get everything done. He said I was running around like a damn roadrunner. the nickname stuck, now it is my road name in a RC.

you need good quality protein with the right mix of carbs and healthy fats. you need to take in more than what you burn in iorder to gain muscle. that is the simplistic version.

good luck on low fat they are made with layers of fillo dough and you butter each sheet. the cheese is Feta. they are delicious
