I am working on this myself. Try and find a substitute for food as your comfort. long walks, taebo whatever. buble bath even. learn to pamper yourself with out food. easier said than done. good luck:wink:

exercise enhances GI motility. Hot liquids also. prune juice also. combine the three and you should see results. I think a second opinion is in order. 2 wks is extreme. See a gastroenterologist soonest.:smile:

i eat a bannana before with a cup of coffee black. Then oatmeal after. works great.

I eat oatmeal 5-6 days a week and love it! 1/4 cup frozen blueberries and 2tbls wheat germ and 1tbls brown sugar. YUMMY!

good work steve. remember the african saying. how do you eat an elephant ? one bite at a time. by going slowly and consistantly great strides will be made. Try to regularly track your calories. (my hardest thing) then own it. Increase your exercise daily it all adds up. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!:drinker:

My wife and I leave little notes to each other,it says just one word. SHMILY ,this stands for see how much i love you. We especialy do this when one or the other must go on a trip without the other. We will hide them around the house or in the luggage. It is kinda cheesy but it is nice.
