sorry another myth rerars its ugly head. according to mens health the time of calorie consumption made no difference in a calorie controlled diet.

I have worked in the recovery room post op. I hate to see anyone do the gastric bypass. Please research this very carefully. There are many serious side effects you need to be aware of. Anyone can lose weight with diet and exercise. Good luck .

never be concerned about natural sugars in fruit unless your a diabetic. it is the refined sugars found as additives that is empty calories. About the sugars in skin milk vs lowfat they are added in to make the nonfat more palatable. imho it is better to have some fat grams and not added sugar in milk. mens health posted a…

ditto on that!!!! forget fad diets and just exercise and eat healthy and the belly will come off. Also it will stay off, unlike fad diets that lose fast and rebound once you stop.

sorry I forgot the other question. A diet high in fiber low in saturated fat and good carbs ie fruits and veggies clean protein like fish fowl or lean beef etc. Avoid empty carbs like cakes white bread and white rice. they dont have fiber and have been stripped of their nutrients. Why risk your health for a rapid weight loss? diet pills only work when you use them. hopefully you are wanting to be more healthy and have more stanima for your kids and s.o. by losing the weight slowly and making a new lifestyle so you won't gain it all back is by far the best route imho.…

first off define waist. the pants you wear may fit on you however they are not riding at your waist level. just a thought. Congrats on the weight loss
