  • Not really but i have noticed i just dont want to eat such large amount as i used to of certain things. i just took a piece of homemade fudge from the fridge and one little piece was enough to fulfil the sugar/chocolate craving whereas before it would have been a handful of pieces
  • Only really feel hungry when i have a big gap between meals, sometimes i get to the end of the day and i have quite a few calories left because of this.
  • I have lost 21lbs in 175 days and whilst it is definelty there i did realise the other day that it is nowhere near aas bad as it was, the key does be to go slowly, i am not expecting miracles but if it shrinks some more i will be very happy
  • Congratulations thats a great NSV, it is really great to see the weight loss helping with the other symptoms. It might take us longer to get to our goals but things like this always make it worth it
  • You look great and thank you so much for posting these i was wondering how much of a difference that sort of loss made to how someone looked because i dont see it myself either, now i am motivated to take a picture so i can compare for myself

  • Yes slow weight loss here as well 21lbs and i started 1st june. But it doesnt bother me, i am loosing and thats the main point, its also soemthing which has never happened for me before. • I just put a slice of cheese, i like my omletes quite runny in the middle though and they dont work so well with veggies if they are like that
  • Great work and i know exactly what you mean, my daughter is 42lbs and thats my planned weight loss, you get a real sense of just how much it is when you pick them up.
  • Porridge! Thai prawn curry Daal Apart from the thai curry non particularly terribel on the calories!
  • First off looking at your pictures i can see a huge difference, you have done an amazing job dont let anyones comments stop you it is definelty obvious that you have lost lots. Secondly in my experience men and familly members seem to be the last people to notice these things, your brother clearly spoke without thinking…
  • This, and i have PCOS so maybe should eat less carbs but i dont. My weight loss might be slow 20lbs in 160 days but i am very toned with it which is good enough for me
  • Heinz salad cream sandwich, just salad cream in brown bread, the cheap supermarket stuff it doesnt work with nice bread!
  • We like doing the white water rafting one that is free on it and some of the other free ones are very good aerobic excercise as well.
  • I may not track all of Christmas day but that is likely to be the only day i dont log. I have been away twice since i started on MFP and logged everyday during my holidays so i wont be lettign the festive season stop me.
  • We always decorate our tree as a familly, and each year my kids each make a new decoration for the tree. Then we watch a Christmas DVD with hot chocolate. We do the christmas shoe box program through our church where we fill a shoe box with gifts and toiletries for kids who dont have much in life, i think it helps you to…
  • For the food you make from scratch at home, just add all the ingredients in the receipe tab and how many it serves and it will be there when you need it. Dont know about the sandwich i usually have a rough guess and hope for the best
  • How about a very lentilly soup, easy to make and reheat and full of good things. I also like Daal which is full of lentils and easy to reheat as well....can you tell i am a veggie
  • Pretty much anything my mother in law bought me up until a few years ago. She seems to be able to find the most unusual gaudy scarves and for some reason she buys them for me, i never wear scarves. They have all itched and one even gave me a rash! since i started my weight loss journey, hubby has been able to hint at…
  • I have friends like that on my list and i do struggle not to comment, and despite knowing it isnt healthy i still wish i could manage the weight loss they have, it doesnt matter how often i tell myself it isnt healthy. I like my friends whose comments are helpful, like the people who suggest eatign more protein for example…
  • Why not get him to help with your food diary so that he can see you are not starving yourself? That way he will also see why you are not happy with the junk food and the takeaways. My hubby didnt realise just how many calories that stuff added up to until i made him a MFP account and logged the meals we ate together and…
  • They are in home> check in> edit previous entries. There is a little drop down box to change weight to the measurement. To get it to change i had to click on the change button next to the box.
  • Second one without a doubt.
  • Wow thats quite a size drop. Congrats on your NSV
  • I havent taken a BC pill in the last 9 1/2 years. • I would just enter the amount of egg white personally, 1 egg white is very few calories. Weight the crumbs out before you dip the chicken in it, for example weigh out 50g dip the chicken in it and see how much if any is left
  • I add babycorn and tiny brocolli florets to mine that i have cooked for just a couple of minutes, also cubes of cooked tofu and a handful of cooked rice noodles. It is one of my favourite soups, real clean tasting and makes me feel really good.
  • I pre log my eveing meal if it is something new so i know how many calories and know where to adjust my day for it, ie lower cal lunch, more excercise etc or if we are having a special meal with more calories so i can work around it. If it is one of my more regular meals i tend not to log it until i have eaten it.
  • Curses we dont have any pineapple in the house, that sounds yum
