  • I feel the same exact way. My husband is constantly telling me how much he can tell I have lost and even though I know my sizes have dropped, I still see that same fat chick in the mirror. I think it will be a struggle even until I lose all of the weight and then it will be just a shock that I have reached my goal weight.…
  • I love cinnamon toast so this is a great alternative...Thanks for sharing!!
  • That's Awesome!!! Congratulations!!!:drinker:
  • I just went 2 weeks ago because my bras weren't fitting anymore and I indeed, gained a cup size and lost a band size...I went from a 38C to a 36D. I was shocked!!! I have never ever been a D before, but I am not gonna complain no matter how I went up a cup size, I am loving them and so is the hubs!!
  • That sounds fantastic!!
  • Olive oil is a much better choice than canola oil, just mix it with some spices and you will be good to go.
  • My husband found out about 3 years ago that he had severe sleep apnea. It took him a while to really get comfortable with the mask. He also still has nights where he will take off his mask in the middle of the night and not even realize it. He bought a pillow from the company he gets his supplies through that makes it much…
  • That is tremendous!!!!! I am so happy for you as well as your family because I am sure they are just as proud as we are here on MFP!! Good for you for continuing to push through the hard times. And, shame on you for not taking pictures:laugh:
  • That's all I usually ever do with them other than put them in soups.
  • I love the 30 day shred...if you are already somewhat in shape then it probably won't be too bad on you, for me, it kicked my booty, big time. I am now on Level 2 and I mix it up with Billy Blanks Tae Bo. Good luck on reaching your goals, You've done great so far so there's no reason that you shouldn't be able to get those…
  • I couldn't agree more. I also love Tae Bo with Billy Blanks, that tones you really well!
  • WOW...that's an incredible difference!! That's amazing!
  • Don't worry about going over on protein, I do that most days anyway. Good luck!!
  • I am getting it in the abdomen area, right above the bikini line, hence the reason why I am waiting to reach my goal :-)
  • I am getting my first tattoo when I reach my weightloss goal. Mine won't have anything to do with my weight loss though. I am getting 5 stars, one for each person in my family (me, my husband, and my 3 children) and they will each be colored in with the color of their birthstone. I can't wait!!
  • Holy Crap, that was so funny!!! My abs hurt already from working out but I think i just worked them out again!!!! Thanks for sharing, I needed that today!!
  • I always count it as circuit training and it burns about 257 calories for me. I think that is a little low considering how much I sweat during the workout! It is a little rough on your knees but you may be okay if you just ice them down afterwards or something. It's an intense workout and the day after you do it for the…
  • I used to live in the Columbus and Starkville area. I have family in DeKalb and Meridian as well. What part are you from?
  • I made this for my mom's birthday this weekend and it was fantastic!!! I used a white cake mix, one egg, and a 12 oz diet Sunkist and if you put a dab of light cool whip on top it tastes like a dreamscicle!!!
  • I voted!!! Good luck!!
  • So glad I'm not the only one worried about this. I posted a topic this morning and they were telling me to watch the sugar intake so I did. I went ahead and added everything for the day and my fruits put me WAY over on sugar. I think I am going to write off the fruit sugar and just pay attention to the sugar in the other…
  • I had no idea that our bodies burn sugar before fat. It makes since because the sugars turn into carbs but I've just never thought of that. Thanks for the tips!
  • This is very helpful but, I have a question about the sugar. So, I looked at my intake for the day if I eat what I have scheduled then most of my sugar comes from fruits. Should I write some of that off and it be ok that I am over in the sugar department because it's fruit and a natural sugar? See, I am just really…
  • I want to appologize for the way my Food diary looks on previous entries, I changed the layout so that I could see exactly what i was eating for snacks and when. I realize that I do eat a good bit of processed foods and I am trying to fix that. I am doing more chicken recipes and stuff from scratch but with me going to…
  • Pour on the water...tons of water!!! Last weekend I had two bad days and I ended up getting on the scale on Tuesday morning and had lost 2.6lbs so I don't know, maybe it will up your metabolism :) Either way, write it off as a bad day and start again tomorrow! :drinker:
  • I try to put a baggie with some in it for the week at school so I was lucky to have some left!
  • Thanks everybody!!! One small accomplishment down and millions more to go!!!!!
  • McDonalds also has a grilled chicken snack wrap that is too big I think for a snack wrap but if you get it with out the sauce it's only 190 Cals and you could pair it with the Apple dippers.
  • I have heard that a new workout regimen can stall your cycle sometimes. I wouldn't know for sure but I would like to know as well since I should be starting any day now. Wish I could help more!
  • I used to be a ranch fanatic!! I have swapped to Wishbone light Italian. The sodium is pretty high but if you watch it it will be okay. I also use the Light ranch sometimes too and it's way better than the fat free version and it's lower sodium than the Light italian. Hope this helps!! :flowerforyou:
