When I started this journey in October I was 135lbs and started ChaLEAN Extreme at 129lbs. After 90 days with ChaLEAN, I now weight 120 (probably + some after this weekend). My original goal was to be 115lbs but now I have decided to change my goals. I admit, I absolutely love my body after ChaLEAN but there is so much more that needs to be done.. Even though I had great success with CE, I was discouraged when I was going through my old jeans from when I was my lightest at 110lbs...they were uncomfortable in the thighs. I remember those jeans being loose!! Well, I now have set my goal weight to 110lbs. I call it my "mini" goal because once i get there, I have a huge goal I want to accomplish but at this point in time I don't see it happening....So this is how it goes...

"micro" mini goal - 115lbs for my best friends wedding which I am the maid of Honor, August 14th.
mini goal - 110lbs, whenever I can get there because these last few pounds have been a you know what to get to
Ultimate goal - not disclosing until I get there!!

I'm planning on startin Jillian Michaels 30 day shred some time this week and turbo fire once it comes out in June!! I know this is going to be a challenge but I really think I can do it because I enjoy working this hard, it really makes me feel fantastic and it is so rewarding!

This site has really helped me get the motivation and extra support I need. Everyone is going through the same things and the encouragement is awesome! This post may be nothing to some but I thought maybe I could get an extra boost from all of you!!!! Also, if anyone has done 30 day shred..I'd love to hear how it worked for you!! I'm excited to start something new.

I love the 30 day shred...if you are already somewhat in shape then it probably won't be too bad on you, for me, it kicked my booty, big time. I am now on Level 2 and I mix it up with Billy Blanks Tae Bo. Good luck on reaching your goals, You've done great so far so there's no reason that you shouldn't be able to get those last few pounds off. Good LUck!! :drinker:
