I use to break out lots before too. So I bought AcneFree Sport 3-in-1 sports Wipe. It's awesome and my breakouts have stopped. You can get it in a liquid form but I really like the convenience of the wipes.

I also travel lots--- logged 140k miles with Delta last year. Chik Fil A's Grilled chicken salad with no cheese croutons or dressing. Easy and quick. I know this isn't a fast food restaurant but I just started going to the grocery store for my lunch. It's not as fast bt my options are limitless.

I spread my meals evenly throughout the day-- 6 meals and eating every 2-3 hours then no complex carbs for my last 3 meals.
