people on paleo just lose a whole bunch of water weight or is fat also? since most of the things eaten are low in sodium

Bmr is right under 1600 tdee is about 2499 so i eat 2100 calories a day i lost 15 pounds so far im very close to my goal weight

what is a few pounds of water going to do to u? lol u look really small, so i would say dont worry about it. U can always up it gradually. ur not going to gain 10 pounds of fat.

after a week with absolutely no loss, i have lost another 3 pounds i know that weight loss isnt linear but is it normal to lose 3 pounds that fast?

the weight u gained on the reset is most likely water, so when u cut, it was the water coming off. very normal

TDEE is right under 2500 and i have been eating at 2100 calories for 3 months i have been on mfp for about a year, i had previously done a reset when i hit my last plateau, which lasted over 4 months. I did the reset for about 3 months before i started the cut at 2100.

im actually 23 lol i eat 2100 calories, and i dont eat my exercise calories back

usually cardio, jump roping, biking, running etc on occasion i may lift but the majority of the time i do cardio im gonna start lifting seriously, within 15 pounds of my weight loss goal

i eat 2100 calories i work out for 30-45 minutes a day i have been doing this for about 3 months i have plateaued for a week, i have literally been the exact weight every day. i down to my last 20 pounds

im eating TDEE minus 15% right now. i just hit a plateau, so i think its time for me to do a reset. only worried because i bought new clothes and i want to wear them

u were on a plateau, burned more calories and dropped that many pounds in a few days? thats crazy i had to slow down my exercize and eat more food to break mine

i tracked my sodium and kept it at about 1500, for about a month. i have lost alot of water weight and it has leveled off. Now i eat foods extremely high in sodium and i have been going over on my calories and i have yet to gain weight.
