are u logging ur food correctly? i have been logging the foods i eat incorrectly, so i have been eating my tdee plus for 2 months. which caused my weight gain

when i went fro 1200 to 1500, i lost 3 pounds in a week 1500 to 1800, i lost another 3 in a week 1800 to 2100, i lose a pound a week.
