the wii fit will tell you how many calories you have burnt. you can always add it manually on this site. that's what i did. :)

Anyone have any good recipe ideas that call for ingredients most people already have in their pantry? (i.e. pastas, frozen meats, veggies, etc) I tend not to follow recipes if I need to go to the store just to make it. Anything will help! Thanks!

A nice walk would be good for you. Just replenish with plenty of water. You body will take 48 hours to make up for the fluid loss.
