Measurements are all that count when weighin in so I say up ur add something more intense to ur workout see more results good luck.

I do the cardio for 45 min for calories but strength for 30 min too and like mswank16 said I don't eat more cause i work out more I stay with my calories for that day or less sometimes I want to be full on my goals of loss weight!!!!!!!!!!

Will be visiting my doc soon going to get into more vitamins only taking daily multi-vitamin now want to add a fish oil looking at a couple others not sure though will check with doc first f.y.i

I am no doc but the more faster you loss it thee more skin you have hangin around so slow is better with exercise should tighten it up!!!!!!

i just got an plan to do my for a snack instead of having one for a meal my snack time have been coming to be high n calories sometime so the or the blender will help me cut out bad snacking habits good luck!

I am new to fitness pal for a week now and I find it very inetresting to do a diary I have been on my caloire counting lifestyle change for 10 week now and have lost between 12 to 14 lbs give or take a lb and this I truly motivated and excited to take control of my health.
