I'm considering HMR. How are you finding it so far? Does it taste good? I'm also considering going back to medifast which I did well with in the past.

I've found with WW that I cannot allow fruit to be free and I cannot eat the weekly points if I want to actually lose weight.

I'm on weight watchers too! I found A Site That Does the Smart Points conversions So I'm Going to try using MFP and the calculator instead of paying for WW which is expensive! Will let you all know how this works out.

I do a lot of Jillian's DVD's and I base my calories burned on a heart rate monitor. I suggest you get a heart rate monitor as it is more accurate than machines at the gym, etc.

I usually burn between 400 and 550 depending on how much time I have - I agree with those that say the gym machines are NOT accurate - comparing them to my HRM, they claim I burn double what I burn in an hour according to my HRM. I would pick a a heart rate monitor if I were you...

  I was in a similar rut until about 8 weeks ago - I bought a few of Jillian's DVD's and got a kettle bell - and I am sooooo out of the rut and I am actually getting a little bit ripped - who knew? I still do my eliptical and run, but adding in the DVD's has made a huge difference for me. Hope this helps.
