I ran two days in a row last weekend since I was feeling pretty good. I was pretty sore the day after but I'm glad I did. If you're a beginner, I'd stick with "listen to your body" over "listen to your mind" for running or else you'll end up with an injury that will force you to rest.

So far (week 4!), I've only gone by time. I'm 5'0" with short legs so I figure I'd be working overtime if I went by distance instead. Since I never regularly exercised before this program, I decided I should focus on endurance instead of speed.

Since I have small arms, I figured an iPhone in an armband would be awkward. I did some research to check alternatives and ran into SPIbelt (http://www.spibelt.com).
