  • I agree about the chest strap - that will give you a much more accurate reading. I am a certified Jazzercise instructor and wear the Polar FT4 - this is a basic model and a great one to start with; I recommend this one to my students when they want to know what they are burning.   • Not evey week will be a stellar one! Any loss is better than a gain! Your body may be used to what you are doing - as you lose weight, the harder it becomes since your body is becomming more efficient. Mix up your workouts, modify what you are eating and you will probably see a change. Good luck and keep it up!
  • If you have to question the HCG diet safety, you already know the answer. I have known 6 people lose a lot of weight w/ HCG and then gain it all back and then some. While it's tempting, it's not smart!
