I did 5 - 10 second wall squats and 1 -30 second wall squat. Ouch!! My legs and butt were still sore from lunges. Lol Yesterdays challenge I posted on may 10 challenge. Go Blundetto's!!!!!

I made a turkey sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce and mustard. Yummy and very low calorie! Plus I walked 2 miles : )
