Amonds, almond butter, peanut butter, some string cheese with your apple. Those are all good healthy ways to get some calories in.

Buy your meats, then divide up into the amounts you'll use in a dish. Package them individually and freeze. There's less waste that way. Buy fresh seasonal veggies to use right away, and frozen for later when those run out.

It started with my daughter's wedding in April. I knew it was coming up and knew there'd be photographs. And I didn't want to look terrible in them. And somewhere along the line it morphed into losing weight for me, to be healthier and look better for me.

I went to get highlights tonight. I hadn't been in for 13 weeks. My hair lady was all "You've lost a boatload of weight!" It felt really good :)

I love Swiss chard. Cut it up, cook some ground turkey and season with garlic, fennel and some red pepper flakes. Put in the chard and a little water and steam it. It's so good!

Protein! Chicken or fish are good. Sometimes beef is what I need.

Honestly, I haven't noticed any differences. Well, other than people I know telling me how great I look. I've lost 77 lbs so far. But as far as treating me differently, I haven't noticed anything. I'll have to pay attention more and see. I do tend to be the kind of person people tell their life stories too anyway though.

I followed your link and it says women tend to estimate their ideal weight LOW. And it turned out to be correct for me, at least according to their calculator. I've been aiming for 135 and it says my ideal weight is 146. Go figure.

I thought sucralose was Splenda. So it's got HFCS and an artificial sweetener? Yuck.

Since eating back the exercise calories isn't working, I'd try not eating them back for a week, and see what happens.

Are you nursing? when I was nursing I had a hard time losing until the baby was 12 months or so. Then it got easier.
