That is gorgeous.

I only recently told my husband my starting weight. I didn't want to tell him. I think it bothered him that he didn't know, but I'm sorry, it was just a little too personal to share. I finally got to the point where I could though.

Can your dress be made into a corseted back, which would give you room for adjustment on the day?
-
A friend of mine did it and she lost a lot of weight, like 100 lbs or so. She kept a lot of it off, gained some back, and has gone on to lose more. She swears by it. I haven't tried it.

I'm 80 down and have about 40 more to go. You can do it! I'd set a nearer goal than -60 in March. Aim for -20 first. Celebrate when you get there!

I've lost 80 lbs so far. I've got probably 40 to go. I know that nothing is going to help my arms. I'm hoping to live with them and the rest of it. I've had 5 c-sections and that's enough surgery for me.

I like 1%. The only unsweetened almond milk I've found so far is vanilla flavored, and it tastes kind of odd to me, so that's out.

I feel your pain! I've lost 80 lbs, and while I'm thinner, my body doesn't look like I'd like it to. And I wonder if it ever will look right to me. However, I'm still better off. I try to remind myself of that. I like the advice of doing your nails and hair etc to feel pretty.

I love to bake. I find that I can't eat it, or it'll all be over. I have "cheat" days planned once a month where I can eat things like that, and when I want something I tell myself I'll make whatever it is then.

I bought some yesterday - they were so expensive though! Probably because they're so good

I've been taking Acidophilus daily for the last year. Until then I had been having trouble with yeast infections and also digestive troubles - I'd (sorry, TMI) get backed up and then get the runs, and the cycle would repeat. Now I have none of either of those problems - it's great!

I quit Diet Coke last December. I was trying to cut back on expenses and that was one thing to cut out. After a few days I didn't miss it anymore. And my energy level returned to normal. Then I read an article that said women who drink diet sodas have a larger waist measurement than those who don't. That made me really not…

I'm married to a guy who I wouldn't quite call a culinary coward, but he is very culinarily hesitant. He's come a long way over the years though. I keep encouraging him to try new things.

That's wonderful!!!

2 lbs is a normal weight fluctuation from day to day. It's probably just a coincidence that you had the whey protein yesterday.
-
I've heard that chicken stock is way better with the feet in.

I take a Target Up brand women's multi with calcium and iron in it. After several months my iron count is finally out of the anemic range.

Do they taste like chocolate or pumpkin or what?
-
Bump, that looks yummy!
-
Don't eat too many at once though.
-
I like it with rice wine vinegar and chopped up carrots, bell pepper, cucumber and green onion.

Eggs. I hate the smell, the taste, the texture, the sight of them. And so many suggestions for breakfast involve eggs. No thank you!!!! Disgusting slimey things.
-
You're doing great! You can totally see the difference.
-
My family will love those!

Get a half turkey breast and roast it yourself, slice it up. It's easy and cheaper than deli meat.
-
My scale, which tells you all kinds of things, like your percentage of water and your BMI, and which I just bought at the end of July, gave me 4 different weights the other morning! Drives me crazy!
-
Bump! These sound terrific!
-
This is a great idea, I love the surprise factor :)
-
Way to go! You look amazing!

It can take a few days for your body to sort itself out after a binge.
