5'5" 165 lb ladies, what size do you wear?
Now that I've had 5 babies, I find that my body shape has changed. Whereas years ago when I weighed 165 I wore a size Large shirt and size 13 pants (I was in the junior department then), now I find I need an XL shirt and size 14 pants.

How to keep socks from bunching under my foot?
I've tried a lot of different kinds of socks, and always, on my left foot only, they bunch up or fold or something under the ball of my foot and feel terrible. Is it the socks? Is it my foot? How do I figure this out?

NSV last night
I was walking into Target and they have the video camera, with the monitor up high, and you can see yourself as you walk in. I looked up and saw myself, and I realized - I LOOK LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!!! It's been years since I have. I started at 256 in January 2011 and I am now 163. 92 lbs down, about 23 to go. Woohoo!

How do I figure out how fast I am walking?
I hope I am logging my exercise correctly - I have no idea how fast I am walking, so I figure out how far I've walked using www.walkjogrun.net and time myself. If I walk a mile in 20 minutes, I assume I am walking at 3 mph. Is that the best way of going about it? I don't want to over-estimate, or under-estimate either.

I can wear my wedding rings!!!
I hadn't been able to since my 2nd pregnancy, and that child will be 25 next month. So they're practically brand new :) Fortunately I still like them. I'm so pleased! I've still got a ways to go, but having that NSV is so encouraging.

How do I stretch the backs of my thighs out?
