The weirdest thing for me was losing weight around my girlie bits. There's much less padding there now, and it's kind of odd.

I was 250 when I got pregnant with my last one. I was told don't try to lose, just maintain my weight. It's very hard to get enough nutrients for you and the baby while losing weight. Of course, your doctor should be the final word on this. Congratulations!!

I'm 5'5". I started at 255. I'm down to 165. My original goal was 150, but I'm starting to think 140 might be better. I figure I'll see what I look like at 150 and go from there.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just weight before, and keep that as your base.

The most I've ever weighed is 278, although that was when my youngest was small, and I settled out around 260. I am currently at 163, having started at 256 January 2011. Goal is 140 or so. I am 5'5"

My son in law has Celiac and went to In N Out, which has the protein style option where the burger is wrapped in lettuce leaves instead of a bun. I had the tilapia last night. I don't like the seasonings that come with it, so I just put on some garlic powder and dill weed. I bought some of the Italian cod too, I'll try that in a few days.

Put a pork sirloin in the crockpot. Dump a jar of salsa on it - red, green, whichever you like. Doesn't matter which brand. Cover and cook on low all day. Shred meat and serve with rice or tortillas.

I love putting cottage cheese on toasted whole grain bread, slicing grape or cherry tomatoes in half and laying them on top, and sprinkling with a little onion salt, black pepper and dill. It makes a terrific breakfast!

You don't have to cut anything out, you just have to figure out how to work it in to your eating plan. This site can help you figure that out. Read the labels, and add the calories into your day. Do some exercise to balance things out. You can do it!

When I have made them I have added 3 egg whites. It doesn't affect the calories much, and gives a better finished product. Also, 8 oz of the soda is reallly sufficient for the standard 18-20 oz box of cake mix
