Absoluely go for it! I've done it and it was a blast! The first time I had to go around an obstacle or two but the last time I made it all the way through. It was a great time. I highly recommend it.

Congrats Sis!!!!! I'm proud of you.

I have done this with spray oil instead of butter and garlic salt instead of chili powder. and have done it with the really think pork cutlets too. I will have to try the chili powder next time. Sounds great!

Why do you call Walden Farms "frankenfood"? I have tried several of their zero calorie salad dressings and they are all pretty tasty. What am I missing?

I had read somewhere that you can add lentils to your pasta when making spaghetti to add more protien and fiber. Having never cooked lentils before I tossed a handful in with my pasta, cooked it till the pasta was done, and served the spaghetti to the family. Nobody said anything about it so I thought I had managed to…

The recipe uses 2 cans of biscuits (10 count each) so one serving is one biscuit for 20 servings total.

This is good using a can of lemon pie filling instead of cherry, too. Makes YUMMY lemon bars!!!!!!

Walden Farms makes zero calorie dressings that are surprisingly good! I have tried the ranch, bacon ranch, caesar, honey mustard, and raspberry viniagrette and they were all great. And zero calories for all of them.

Happy Birthday Danny! Awesome attitude!!!

I made these Saturday night with peaches (my husband's favorite) and they were really good! I topped them with 2 TBSP of Fat Free Cool Whip. I will definitely do this again!

I was shocked, also to find out that the fresh fruits that I love and have been told to eat as part of my diabetic diet are so high in sugars. My snacks now consist of almonds, 100 calorie pop secret popcorn, or sugar free jello if you have a refrigerator handy.

It's 107 here in Texas today so thinking about Fall is really hard to do....until I read some of these treats. Mmmmmm!!!!

I'm missing something. The directions say add "hot pepper sauce" but there isn't any hot pepper sauce in the ingredients. What do you use and how much? Sounds wonderful. Can't wait to try them!

I use Pam to spray, and yes I have found that it needs to be sprayed. The only "cons" I can think of are 1) it's not the easiest thing to clean unless you have one of the newer ones where you can take it apart and put it in the dishwasher and 2) it just isn't big enough to hold enough for 4 people so sometimes it takes a…

Ok, this sounds awesome. But...I'm not that good of a "throw it together and it comes out edible" cook so can you give more specifics please? What kind of oatmeal? (the long cook kind or minute oats or??) and about how much sweetner would it take? What temp for the oven? I can follow a recipe but this could go so wrong in…

We have the reduced fat oreos in all the grocery stores and Walmart Super stores here. I was wondering if the 100 calorie packs of oreos would work but they probably wouldn't stick together without the creamy filling.

Thanks! I needed that. I'm battling the "this isn't working" blues this morning and this helps!

Don't quit the whole program. Just substitute something low impact (like marching in place or the punches from later in the L1 for the jumping jacks and butt kicks) then do the rest that you can do. Personally, the butt kicks kick my butt. Nobody says you have to do it perfectly, just do what you can.

Fish is good in the George Foreman Shrimp is too. And veggies! I sliced a yellow summer squash and put the slices on the George and they were wonderful. Have also grilled mushroom slices on it. Hamburgers (or turkey burgers) work too. Just about anything you can grill in a pan can be cooked on the George.

I did it!!! Plus some!!! Now to see how many times I get up during the night lol

I try to snag leftovers from the night before but sometimes there just aren't any left. For those occasions (like today) I keep Kashi Southwest Style Chicken or Spicy Enchilada frozen dinners on hand as well as Meals To Live Chicken, green beans and potatoes frozen dinner. If my hubby is out of town I tend to just eat a…
