Your exercise calories are calculated into your TDEE (as long as you chose the correct activity level), thus you would not need to eat them back.

Since chocolate is made from cocoa and cocoa comes from a tree (which is a plant), chocolate counts as a salad.

Run like you stole something. :wink: Start off with a healthy breakfast and eat small meals throughout the day. Drink green tea. Get enough exercise AND sleep. Build more lean muscle mass.
