Day two: Done! For some reason it was much harder than day one. I could barely get through it, but i'm glad I was able to sneak the workout in before my son woke up. Its a good start to the day :happy:

I started off at 1200-1400 cals/day and I was ALWAYS hungry! And in return I ended up going over my cal limit all the time. I tried it for about a month and actually gained a good 5 lbs. So then I decided to increase my calories to 1600 and i'm starting to lose weight (finally)! And better yet i'm hardly hungry.

That's a tough one. I go camping often and I'd usually bring turkey sausages and turkey hotdogs for myself. Or you can bring frozen black bean burgers.

I use this stuff with everything! I use as sour cream (husband can't even tell the difference), also I make my own ranch dressing by adding a little milk and herbs, also I make yogurt pops by mixing it with fruit then putting them in the freezer. Basically any recipe that calls for sour cream I use fage greek yogurt!

If your hungry then eat them, if not leave them alone. I know for myself I usaully don't have a calorie to spar at the end of them, I'm always hungry!

I get that way too sometimes. I wake up so hungry I could eat a cow! Sometimes i'll try and just eat a cheese stick or something light but it never satisfies me. This used to happen every night when I was pregnant. I did notice that it happens more when I eat foods with a high sodium content at night, so really I think its…

I have the same problem. MFP said I should eat 1200 cals. to lose a pound a week but that was nearly impossible for me. I would workout everyday just to get more calories so I could eat and not feel like I was starving! I use greek yogurt with a little bit of milk to make my own ranch dressing. It actually tastes better than the original stuff. Just add spices and your all set!

Thanks everyone! yeah, its going to be tough. Even my organic cereal has almost 200 mg. of sodium! That seems like a lot to me.

There's a diet that always helped me with plateaus its: 2 days eat VERY low fat with high nutrient 2 days of low carb 2 days of low carb but increase the carbs slightly Its supposed to do something to the metabolism. Works every time for me.

10? That's nothing! I can easily eat half package. Eating just one or two isn't possible for me, at least not yet. So for the time being I'm just not buying them. I don't eat Oreo's I usually eat back to nature (organic) oreo "like" cookies that are just as bad as the real thing but soo good!
